I had not one but two Manchester weddings published in Pure Weddings magazine this year. The first wedding was Giannina and Matt’s Great John Street Hotel wedding which you can see by following the link. It was a superb wedding beginning at St. John’s Catholic Church in Chorlton and then moving onto the Great John Street Hotel which is one of Manchester’s finest boutique hotels and perfect for wedding reception with a bit of “City Chic” as the magazine put it.
The second wedding I had featured was Alison and Daryl’s wedding at one of Manchester’s biggest hotels; The Midland Hotel. This Manchester Hotel is full of history and is famously the hotel where Rolls met Royce! Alison and Daryl had their full wedding at the Midland Hotel, Alison got ready there in the morning with her bridesmaids and then simply walked downstairs for the ceremony. We did venture outside for some portraits around Manchester city centre and around the more interesting parts of the hotel, including a quick game of ping-pong in the Hotel’s gym. I’m always looking to push the boundaries of wedding photography – ha ha! You can see the full set by clicking on the link.
